That, your Lordship's petitioner is at the age of 54 years and has served faithfully, and loyally about 13 years in the Colonies of Hong Kong and Perak during which period however he has had nothing to subsist on but his pay and a large family, consisting of seven members to bring up
Your petitioner was dismissed the Service
Your petitioner being destitute of the Comforts of life, has ventured to present his petition to your Lordships
