is M. Maguire's case (16116/01) which Sir S. Bowen granted leave to, and to which we raised no objection (sanctioning the despatch) without acknowledging or approving the Leave
but in 16116/84, there was nothing to show that Mr. Maguire was going to retire; and I think that Mr. Bethell certainly not to have such leave as was then granted to Mr. Maguire
