With reference to your letter of the 13th December 1888, on the subject of the sale of

to acquaint you for the information of Lord
Knutsford, that while the Return, which accompanied Your letter under reply, shows
that the greaks part of the Lots to the West of
262 were sold before the new ~ Defence Works were taken in hand, this
is not the case with Loto 263-265. There lots were sold, according
