Personal allowance to Sanitary Superintendent; Stipulated increment to Inspectors of Nuisances, &c.; Additional Watchman and Scavengers, and additional expenditure for scavenging the City owing to increased area.

Reur of Rooms for Local Delivery Branch, and lodging for Chinese Staff.
