Personal allowance to 4th Clerk. Chinese Teacher to passed Cader.

Re-arrangement of the Department.

Re-organisation of the Department, several new appointments, and increase to salaries.

2 more Marine Officers; additional Clerk at Shanghai; increase to salaries of Packet Agents at

the Ports; and establishment of a Local Delivery Brauch.

2 Inspectors under Protection of Women and Girls Ordinance; Boat and Crew transferred from

Lock Hospital.

Personal allowances to 4th Clerk, and Chinese Writer, and stipulated increase to 5th Clerk.

Personal allowance to 2nd Light Keeper, and establishment of a Light vessel at Kellett's bank.

Increase to the salaries of the Director, Clerk, and 2nd Assistant.

Stipulated increase to the salary of 2 Apprentices, and increase to the salary of Head Forester.

Increase to the salary of Deputy Land Officer, and increase to personal allowance of Land

Office Clerk.

Increase to the salary of Head Master and other Masters on transfer to Victoria College, and

the establishment of a new Central School for Girls.

Increase,-Allowance to the Superintendent of Civil Hospital, 5 European Nurses, and Matron

of Lock Hospital. Decrease,-3 Inspectors of Brothels, Interpreter, &c.

Increase to salaries of 2nd Clerk, European Sergeants, and European Constables.
