I have the honour to address
your Lontship on a matter perseveal to myself and afecting my position the service of this Colorey,
now eantow tid over 27 years, and in doing so I would refer to the recent apporishueu of Mr. Bruce Shepherd Deputy Land Officer, to the Aoking post of Registrar of this Court, an appointment which I consider I hads strong dlanus to considering my long experience in this Department.
In appealing to your Fordship to consider my claims to promotions I would, with the greatest respect, beg to enclose (1) cory of a Despatel written by the late Ser Ichu Imale formerly
