As originally drafted the bill only proposed to deal with the registered Grown Jeaseholders along the line of the reclamation, all of whom
were to be named in Schedules with the proportions which each person was to contribute towards the cost of the reclamation: Novotion holders were
recognised, although their litte might be perfect and they themselves duly registered in the Land Office . The
present (Irdinance (2.7) now recognises generally without naming them all Crown lessees or their assigns fronting the Praya, who were registered at the date of the commencement of

It was found also that it would be impossible to have a plan and drawings of the proposed reclamation in
