I have the honour to inform you

that upon

the receipt of the letter of Mr Bramoton to me dated the 29th September 1887. I, at once instructed. Mr Thomas Howard, my Agent and Attorney at Hong Kong, to settle my Claim with the Hong Kong Colonial Government

respect of the brown Lease granted to me Marine Lot No. 184 in that Colony, in such might be just, and in the terms of your Lordship's directions as expressed in MrBramston's letter
