A follow then, that with the consent

of the threasing, the Bank

may establish itself in any of the places outside the Colony named in the Ordinance; but that, in order to establish itself in places other than those so named it needs

the authority of the instrument of its foundation which is at present wanking. This want would admit of being supplied by such an amendment of the Ordinance of 1866 as would confer

on

power

consent of the treasury, to carry on

the Bank, with or without the

business not only

in the Colony, but at

any place outside the Colony subject to the local laws of such place. Pay
