Your Petitioners are rezident berchants leivil Engineer Architects Purveyors and Rolicitors carrying burinere at Victoria in the bolony of stongkong areland owners to a large extent in the said loolony.

Your Petitioners attention having been drawn to the Government Notification N$ 655 in the Hongkong Government Gazette of the 3th December 1887 beg leave to bring the following fact to your Excellency's notice.
