may affect

Remittances, and
care will be taken
in future
to distinguish
between those
who are
entitled to remit
under the
former conditions
and those
who may only
remit half their
salaries in dollars
at the rate for
the
year.
The Bills drawn should be
for the proper amount
as stated
so many at 4/-
for
the
Dollars wither.
