The sight is one that is urgent required, & the Board would be extremely sorry if such a favourable opportunity for erecting it as the present appears to be should be lost, particularly at the Chinese Government may not remain in the same mind as they are in at present or be willing on a future occasion to make so advantageous an offer as that now under consideration.
