In reply to your letter of the 21st of July, I have the honour to enclose herewith applications which we have received from Mr. E. A. Brine and Mr. F. A. Cooper for the Appointment of Sanitary Engineer in Hongkong.
Mr Brice's name was mentioned to us by Mr Osbert Chadwick C.E. and Mr Cooper was recommended to us by Mr. Rogers Field C.E. and the testimonials which are annexed.
