Of the 8th June 1887 transmitting a copy of two despatches from the Acting Governor of Hong Kong respecting the Extension of the Praya Hall along the sea frontage of the Naval and Military Establishments, and a consequent proposal that the Naval Establishment should be removed from Victoria to Kaitoon, I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of The Admiralty to state for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
