I have the honour to transmit for Her Majesty's gracious confirmation and allowance the following Ordinance entitled :-
"An Ordinance to authorise the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of three hundred and ninety-two thousand four hundred and sixty-two Dollars and thirty Cents to defray the charges of the Year 1886"
