I have, subject to your approval, modified subsection 5. of Section 29 of the Grant-in-Aid Scheme, so that instead of reading,
"The trust deed must declare the premises to be granted in trust for educational purposes and for no other purpose whatever. "It must provide for the legal ownership of the premises and for the inspection and management of the school in accordance with the principle of the Grant-in-Aid Scheme.
it will read,
The trustees, or other legal representatives, of the School, must declare, by a Declaration of Trust to be registered in the Land
