2. The Surveyor-General, to whom the plans were submitted, has certified that they are "highly satisfactory", and the Sanitary Inspector certifies that the sanitary condition of the school is good.
3. An objection was raised by the Manager to the Declaration of Trust and Memorial prepared by the Crown Solicitor under the Grant-in-Aid Scheme. We considered that they went, in stringency of terms, far beyond the conditions for Building Grants in Section 29 of the Code.
