The applicant's character is indifferent. The police officers defaulter's book shows that he has been very irregular in his duties.

Jason Singh joined the Police Force on the 25th of May 1877, and was on the 14 December 1879, transferred to the Civil Department. His services therefore extend over a period of ten years; the last 36 months is $234.66 per annum. He is, thus entitled to an Annual pension of $586, being the half of his average salary.
