the performance of their duties, subject to the following amendments: viz. – (1) After the words "(b) Whether such incapacity is likely to be permanent" there should be added the "(c) Whether the retirement was to be attributed solely and immediately to the injuries received.
(2) The words "not exceeding" should be inserted before "number of" in each case, so as to mean at the end of the regulation, and there should be some latitude in dealing with cases where the injuries were not of very recent date.
