Although my query Minute of 8th instant referred to present validity of Warrant question - the Attorney General's rejoinder (not again dated 13th over same date) was surely sufficient for the purpose of enabling the Magistrate to deal with the Chee.
As regards concluding part of his letter it would be as well, for the reason given by Attorney General, that there should be no allusion to Government except when absolutely necessary which I fail to see was the case in this instance.
The tone of this letter might be improved upon especially when the Attorney General is referred to.
