Chinese subjects, and now within the Colony of Hongkong, alleged to
have committed a certain crime against the Laws of China, to wit,
Burglary and Murder, and to have aided & abetted in the commission of such
crimes.
Now I do herewith forward to you the said communication and do hereby order you to issue your Warrant for the apprehension of the said fugitive criminals, and upon their appearance before you to investigate the alleged crime and deal with them in manner
provided by Ordinance 2 of 1880.
