all Chinese subjects within the Colony of Hongkong, and do allege that she said Chung Achnen, Chung Sam, Wong Youshing, Was Ashop, (Chun Kai, Sok Kin, Leung Krook, and Ham Wa Loong have committed sundry crimes against the laws of China, and further allege that the said Chung Achnen, Chung Sam, Wong Youshing, Wootshah, Chun Kai, Sok Kin, Leung Krook, and Lam Wa Loong, being Chinese subjects having at divers times and places within the territory and territorial jurisdiction of his said Imperial Majesty the Emperor of China committed divers acts of murder and burglary
aided and abetted in the commission of such acts of murder and burglary
