Provisionally, allowed Mr. Brewer to make two or three inspections, but I have declined to allow any permanent arrangement until the proposal has had your consideration and sanction.
I think the Tramway will be a great benefit to the Colony in more ways than one, and therefore am inclined to assist the Company in this matter.
