I am directed by His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government to forward to you the enclosed papers respecting Miss Ganser, now an inmate of the Lunatic Asylum; and to state that they have just been received from the Colonial Surgeon. Mr Stockhausen, Consul for Austria, applied to Mr Ayres for them, on the 11th instant.
