It is important to deal justly by the Police, and content them. But they have already good terms; an absolute right to be pensioned after 5 years. Impartiality is that in Hongkong, of these men go 25 they will be becoming unfit for duty at 40 with a pension for life. Should we do more with Mi agra entirely C.P.L?
