28. Your Petitioner humbly submits that the brown as his immediate Landlord may give him that protection to which he is entitled and either by Writ of ejectment or by such other proceedings as your Lordship shall deem advisable restore to your Petitioner the possession of the ground he has bought and paid for.
Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays :
1. That your Lordship will give the necessary instructions that such steps in error or otherwise as to your Lordship shall seem advisable may be taken by the proper authorities to place your Petitioner in peaceable possession of the ground in question belonging to him.
2. That your Petitioner may be fairly and properly compensated for the losses, costs, damages, and expenses he has sustained by reason of the grant of the brown Lease of Marine Lot No 1844 to your Petitioner under the circumstances before stated.
