For submission to the Queen the following telegram from Committee Jubilee whatever four witte Hongkong representing the whole community of who nationality: The British subjects, Chinese, American, German, and other Nationalities, resident in Hong Kong, offer their sincere and loyal congratulations to Her Majesty the Queen on the occasion of the Jubilee of Her Reign, and trust that by the blessing of God, she may be long spared to rule her vast dominions.
