In connection with this matter I enclose an application from Bishop Burdon for the admission of the Diocesan Home School to a participation in the benefits of the scheme. The Bishop's application was considered in Executive Council, with the following result. "The Council advise that the Bishop be informed that they agree with him, but that the matter will have to be referred to the Sanitary
