With reference to your letter of the 2nd of Nov: no 224.K I am directed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to enclose for the information of the Postmaster General a copy of a despatch from the acting governor of Hong Kong respecting the supply of postal orders to the post office in that colony.
Sir H. T. Holland would be glad if for the present at any rate such orders could be sent out half-yearly instead of quarterly.
