I have the honour to return herewith the enclosure to your letter No. 209 of the 22nd inst., namely, a communication from the General Post Office, London, to the Colonial Office on the subject of the supply of Postal Order to this Department.
I do not quite gather whether copies of the previous correspondence referred to in that communication have been sent out or not. If not, I shall be happy to supply them.
The question laid before His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government is whether the Colony is willing to take the responsibility of allowing this Department...
