during his absence.

papers to enable him to claim a pension may be
transmitted home.
As he
has had private practice,
he
may
not be entitled to
a pension under Section 8 of the Colonial Regulations, and the
Executive Council advised
that this question should be left for
Secretary of State. Pension papers are herewith forwarded which have been filled up
