Reaching and studies with 24 neither zeal nor energy would be wasted in this direction... and school: in the prosecution of work at the Central School, and J. Chinese Sin-shang. I have spared neither time nor anything else that would lend to increase the value of any work in respect of Public Servant; although, in chinese studies as far as agreement from some has been obtained, it has been wholly gratuitous.

Now I complain of what sacrifice is made with less compulsory work. This however, I do not; although I need intimation that such work necessarily involves some recompense for the sacrifices that are maintained in the work concerned, the work keeps clinging to the Order: has C. S. Office, letter No. 382, 10th Jan 187... Mr Dealy in the position in the Service.

I am glad to read the satisfactory testimony when the Head Master of the Central School praised the energy and perseverance in the work of Mr Dealy. I think, in other instances, the course of study mapped out for the peculiar character of the J. Chinese study he labours under is a credit to the Master rather than to Mr Dealy.

I have already in a previous letter perhaps admittedly supposed that at certain moments, the whole thus 8ludet's so his leisure is completely localized by neglect of other work. To the results, however, the ability of misapprehension is confined to the Central School that kes in pr. om 2007.

Lee C... eerfully re-Paserd Cadelo ark. I you will add to it incapacitate -suming professional work at home. If Mr... course of chinese through which I considered insufficient, I am willing to undergo perfectly local training that may be any other addition Dug & exted to fit myself for those posts for which University qualifications rightly are required.

I feel that it is futile to aspire to. In conclusion, in forwarding my letter, I beg to hope that, in the words of recommendation and approval for promotion to the Cadet Service, for the Servants they are advantaged do not; any Cadet will be appointed as may in School I have the may seem to deserve.

I have the honour to be, Your most dedicated servant, I.K. Oraly. 4. St. B. Wright, Deg. M.A. Scharter Gul.S.
