Enclosures to the Office Administering the Government are directed by H.E. to acquaint you, for information, that the course of study prescribed for Cadets is altogether different from that prescribed for the Central School.
With regards to the second paragraph of M. Dealy's letter of the 6th inst., I am directed to inform you that the question has been already decided in the negative by the Sec. of State.
