The 1st Clerk writes out Informations & complaints to be submitted to magistrates Warrants & Summoners. Has general Superintendence of all Clerical work, Correspondence & Accounts connected with the Police Court, & states Cases for the Magistrates.
Salary $1920 per annum. Secured by Ordinance 13 of 1860.

Quarters valued at $360 per annum. Rates under the Rating Act amounting to about $20 per annum.
