I hereby certify, that with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Government, I have granted to Thomas Fraser Wylie Grey of the Hongkong Police Force, Catty Frist mould, leave of absence without pay for six months, which will expire on the date he retires on pension as a Police officer.

I hereby certify, that the said T.F.W. Grey has received Full Salary at the rate of $920 per Annum as Clerk of the Registry, and Good Conduct allowance as Police officer at $120 per annum up to the 10th February, 1887.

Half Salary will be drawn whilst on leave through the Crown Agents for the Colonies, London, at the rate of $460 per annum, being the salary to 10th February, 1887, inclusive, and Good Conduct allowance as Police officer, for the same period, at $60 per annum.

NOTE-- Officers proceeding on leave to England unless this certificate is duly filled in and signed.

I hereby certify,

1st. That the above leave was granted to commence on the 11th February, 1887, and end on the 10th August, 1887, on the ground of ill health.
