Should Cholera or other violent disease break out in an epidemic form in the Colony the greatest need will be Medical Assistance. The necessity of having a well-organised system of giving medical aid to the necessitous was well illustrated in the case of the Cholera stricken family at Little Angking last summer. I propose submitting a memorandum on this subject at an early date.
