3. Water:- This recommendation is simply a corollary to the first recommendation. Should Cholera again threaten us, people might be urged to follow the advice given but I doubt if any good would result by taking any step just
Should Cholera or other violent disease break out in an epidemic form in the Colony the greatest need will be Medical Assistance. The necessity of having a well-organised system of giving medical aid to the necessitous was well illustrated in the case of the Cholera stricken family at Little Angking last summer. I propose submitting a memorandum on this subject at an early date.
