Board, respecting the measures to be adopted in the event of an outbreak of Cholera in this Colony, I have the honour to forward to you the enclosed copies of a minute by Mr Ex McCallum, Sanitary Superintendent and Honorary Secretary to the Sanitary Board, to which Dr Buchanan's letter was referred, and of a report by the same gentleman to the Acting Colonial Secretary.

You will observe from Enclosure 1, 84, Jany 1886, and Enclosure 2, 97% Feby. 1887, that the suggestions contained in Dr Buchanan's letter are being carried out.
