If it is the case, as alleged, that there are 15 Hyland Masters who cannot afford to come on half pay leave unless they get at the same time 4 months leave on full pay, I suffer they should be allowed the indulgence notwithstanding the Regulations, although the effect is to firm them in sorry period of lean (counting lean) than the civil officers.
It should be clearly understood that this vacation is spare and also the school vacation can be used in conjunction with half pay leave 6 years, and only at intervals not less than seven years, subject to the condition that the tiling is not put to any undue imposition. Eu 24 March.
Will the Regulation have effect on Wheatland? I think not. It is a special instruction taking these Hay Kay Officers out of the operation of the general rule. Henshaw they have been previously allowed exceptionally in getting 4 months instead of the regulation 3 months vacation.
