These requisitions, if they cannot be complied with by the Colonial Storekeeper, will be transmitted to the Crown Agents for execution and the others purchasing them will of course bear this in mind and anticipate them requirements accordingly.
Stores and Articles of special War Office pattern should be described in the terms of the vocabulary and will be obtained for by the Crown Agents from the War Department on payment.
In all cases requisitions should be prepared with sufficient fullness and clearness to obviate the risk of misunderstanding and delay on this side.
