and all Ordinances, Proclamations and Rules which may hereafter be transmitted to him.

And Section 3 enacts that the Government Gazette and all Ordinances, Rules and Proclamations published therein shall be prima facie evidence of the contents thereof.

Section 1 repeals Ordinance 7 of 1864 entitled: "An Ordinance for compiling a new Edition of the Ordinances of this Colony" and Ordinance No 10 of 1895, entitled: "An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, for compiling a new Edition of the Ordinances of this Colony."
