REPORT BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ON ORDINANCE NO. OF 1887
ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE,

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
"Ordinance to amend the Companies Ordinances 1865 to 1886;"
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance introduces into the Legislation of this Colony the provisions of 23&24 Vict: Ch:104; 40&41 Vict: Ch:26; 43 Vict: Ch:19; 46&47 Vict: Ch:28 and Section 10 of the Judicature Act.
