With reference to Govt. order No 1381 of 1886, I have the honour most respectfully to point out that having been sworn in under Ordinance IX of 1862 and consequently in the Force prior to the arrival of the first batch of men under Agreement.
I most respectfully beg to apply that I may be allowed to refund my bonus of three months' pay advanced in 1882. I regret to have omitted to do so in my previous Application.
