transmitted to

the extension of
whose
leave was reported to you
on
the 26th instant.
4. Mr. Beattie, and also
Messrs. McKay,
Innes,
Macaulay,
Butlin, whose Leave
Certificates were transmitted
to you on
the 14th instant,
have all been told
that it will be
necessary for them to apply to you for instructions as to this medical examination about 3 months before the date of expiry
of their leave to return.
