Ht. C. Dewanth says that after making all possible enquiries the only additional information he has obtained is that his great-uncle died about 1770 in her infancy. He could ascertain nothing farther about any relations on his grandfather's side as the name does not occur anywhere about. If there are no defects sure that other claims would have been sent in.
It is at a loss to understand how he can prove his claim further, and a particular point is to prove that he is the only heir.
