With reference to your letter 9124 of the 3rd instant, I am directed by the Earl of Rosebery to transmit to you, for the information of the Governor, a translation of a note from the German Ambassador in London enumerating the ports in British Colonies at which the North German Lloyd's mail Steamers will call on their voyages.
