a letter from the Colonial office,
a dispatch from the Acting
excloning Governor of Hong-hong reporting the
circumstances connected with the
service of a process of the Supreme Court of the Colony in a civil suit upon the Acting German Consul.
The opinion of the Colonial Attorney General on the case appears to be
correct.
Great Britain has no Convention with Germany giving special status
