The Chinese Govt. entirely disapprove actions of Captain of the Cruiser in landing there & seizing pirates. Captain will be severely punished. Proclamation issued to express regret to Hongkong Govt. for occurrence. They hope now that pirate will be given up & arrested crew of Chinese Cruiser released.
