Chinese Government entirely disapprove action (of) Captain (of) Chinese cruiser in landing and seizing pirate crew in Hongkong. Captain will be punished and Governor General of Foochoo instructed to express regret to Hongkong Government for occurrence. They hope now that pirate will be given up and arrested crew of Chinese cruiser released.
