This is very strange.
M. Orange appears to be intriguing me to make something out of Cement supplies to the Works!, and by the irony of fate his friend in London, Mr. King, proposes to employ whose Cement Mr. Orange's very firm has tried (by his tests), and found wanting!
I have asked him to take steps & request to investigate the matter, as it is clear that W. Orange cannot remain unless there is some explanation of this business.
