1. See 1459. and .1512. T369 have read through these papers & I think it is clear that Dr Wharry has behaved exceedingly badly, probably because the orders were given him by an acting colonial surgeon, to whose appointment he had objected. The worst points in his case are
1. the insolence of some of his letters
2. the forwarding copies of instructive Buru...
